Cough medicine Rengalin recognized Brand of the Year No. 1 in Russia

Antitussive drug Rengalin became the winner of the annual national award "Brand No. 1 in Russia". The drug, which is produced by the domestic company Materia Medica Holding, won in the Best Cough Medicine category.

Rengalin has already twice - in 2018 and 2020 - been recognized as the “Brand of the Year No. 1 nominated for Best Cough Remedy. In accordance with the instructions for medical use, Rengalin can be used to treat cough in acute respiratory viral infections, acute pharyngitis, laryngotracheitis and other infectious and inflammatory diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract. In addition, the drug Rengalin is included in the guidelines for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19).

The "Brand No. 1 in Russia" award is considered one of the most famous and authoritative, since the winners are chosen not by experts, but exclusively by consumers. From September to October 2021, by direct voting, Russians expressed their attitude towards manufacturers of various goods and services presented on the domestic market by filling out open questionnaires in electronic media and on the social network Facebook and entering the names of the best companies and brands in them. This year, the audience reached more than 120,000 users. The awards ceremony will take place on December 11, 2021.
