Afala is an over-the-counter medication for the protracted treatment of chronic prostatitis. Afala’s activity is based on its anti-inflammatory, anti-edema and analgesic effect, as it can terminate inflammatory responses. In the management of chronic prostatitis, it can be used both as monotherapy and in combination with other medications.
Flat-cylindrical tablets, scored and chamfered, off white to almost white. On the flat side with a risk there is an inscription MATERIA MEDICA, on the other flat side is inscribed AFALA.
Afala® is indicated for use in adults.
Benign prostatic hyperplasia stage I and II.
Chronic abacterial prostatitis - as
anti-inflammatory and analgesic.
Dysuric disorders (frequent urge to urinate, including
nighttime, difficulty urinating, pain or discomfort in the area
perineum) accompanying benign hyperplasia
prostate gland stage I and II and chronic abacterial
prostatitis.
The notch is not intended for dividing the tablet into parts.

The drug is taken 2 times a day, morning and evening.
The recommended duration of taking the drug is 16 weeks.
With severe pain syndrome and dysuric disorders
in the first 2-3 weeks of therapy, the drug is indicated up to 4 times a day.
If necessary, on the recommendation of a doctor, it is possible to carry out
repeated course of treatment after 1-4 months.
